HISTORY

    Lancôme Colour Designs Awards is a well-known and unique annual  award created in the United Kingdom in 2001, in partnership with  Central Saint-Martins College of Art and Design. This January  2005, for the first time,  it has been brought to China.

历史

    “Lancôme兰蔻色彩时尚创意大赛”于2001年创自英国，是兰蔻联合著名的伦敦圣马丁中央艺术和设计学院共同举办的，至今已成为一项享有盛誉的国际时尚盛事。

    2005年1月，“Lancôme兰蔻色彩时尚创意大赛”首度在中国举行。

CONCEPT 

    This event links fashion creativity with innovation in make-up  and supports upcoming fashion talents in China. Lancôme organizes  a competition with the country's most prestigious school of  fashion. Students have to produce a mini-collection of garments  inspired by the Lancôme make-up collection. Lancôme hosts a show  to present the collections, when award s are given to winners. 

理 念

    这一赛事的举办将有效带动中国的时尚创意、彩妆创新以及对未来时装设计人才的支持和培养。兰蔻同国内最有声望的时装设计学校共同合作组织这项大赛。参赛学生以兰蔻的彩妆系列为灵感设计制作时装。最终由兰蔻举办一场时装展示会来展示这些作品，并为优胜者颁奖。

CREATION创作

INSPIRATION: The Spring-Summer Look 2005 The students have been briefed on the Spring-Summer 2005 make-up  collection so that they can create their garments accordingly.  The Lancôme Spring Summer 2005 collection has been brought up by  Gucci Westman, the new international make-up artist of Lancôme.

UNIVERSITY

    The Lancôme Colour Designs Awards is organized in  partnership with the Academy of Arts and Design of Tsinghua  University. The Academy of Art & Design was founded in 1956 and  started its Department of Textile Art shortly after. The  Department of Fashion Design was founded in 1984 and both  departments merged to become the Department of Textile & Fashion  Design in 1990. This department provides very strong theoretical  attainments as well as overall design capability and fashion  business management. For the time being, around 150 students and  post-graduated students study in this department. The Academy has  brought forward a number of famous designers, including Fang  Ying, Lu Yue, Du He, Chen  Junfeng, Fu Kui and Wang Fei.

    此次在中国举行的“Lancôme兰蔻色彩时尚创意大赛”由兰蔻联合国内顶尖的清华大学艺术设计学院共同举办。这一学院成立于1956年，在创立之初就开设了纺织艺术系，并在1984年首开服装设计系，1990年这两个系合并为纺织和服装设计系。这个系为学生提供了深厚的理论基础，还有设计能力和服装商业管理等全面的能力。到目前为止，这个系总共培养出了约150名学生。整个艺术设计学院则走出了为数众多的知名设计师，包括:方影、陆越、杜河、陈骏枫、傅魁和王飞等。

Ye Jintian: Famous art director... Ma Yanli: Supermodel Li Shao Hong: Famous film director Hong Huang: Opinion leader Fang Lijun: Famous artist... Li Dangqi: Tsinghua's university Thibault Villet: Luxurious Products General Manager.
